Chris Sami

Chris has over 20 years' experience as a product and marketing strategist with a strong track record of global innovation delivery. She is a creative thinker with a passion for understanding consumer needs and market opportunities and applying these insights to improve consumer experiences, product design and marketing strategy.

Chris worked for several years on global brand and product innovation at Procter & Gamble, both in R&D and insight roles. She then moved to the World Gold Council, where she was responsible for strategic planning and marketing of the gold jewellery category globally, working with a variety of retailers and brand owners.

At PA Consulting, Chris worked with various blue chip companies in the FMCG and consumer health sectors helping them identify future growth opportunities and develop their brand and product innovation pipeline.

She now helps clients drive their product/service innovation particularly through focusing them on identifying strong consumer insight and applying it to build better strategy, product and service experiences. With a background in science, she is an expert in helping bridge the gap between brand, consumer insights and product and service innovation. As a result, she plays an integral role with clients not only as a strategist but in helping them with the insights to action phase.

Helen has over 20 years of global innovation management experience from Procter & Gamble, specialised in consumer-centred technical leadership of strategic programs for Health & Beauty, Grooming and BabyCare categories.

She is an experienced product innovation leader, with focus on identification of holistic consumer needs and translation into technology and brand innovation strategies across many Billion $ brands including Pampers, Gillette, Venus, Clairol and Wella Professional.

Helen has a wide ranging understanding of leading edge consumer, technical and sensory methods, models and systems, applying lean innovation and scrum agile principles to discover, generate, validate and incubate new ideas.

Our clients are leading blue chip organisations across fast moving consumer goods, consumer electronics (inc. beautycare and healthcare), luxury goods and financial services sectors.
